Infrastructure Delivery Lead (Cloud & Systems Integration)

Your new company You will be joining a technology-focused organisation delivering large-scale infrastructure and digital transformation projects across enterprise and operational environments. The team works on complex cloud, data centre, networking, security, and systems integration initiatives, supporting mission-critical platforms and business operations. Your new role As a Delivery Lead , you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end infrastructure solutions across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business requirements. Job Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Lead technical teams through solution design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment activities while ensuring project milestones are achieved. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to define architecture, evaluate technology options, and manage technical risks throughout project delivery. Drive infrastructure best practices across system performance, availability, resilience, security, backup, monitoring, and operational support. Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and governance throughout the project lifecycle, including upgrades, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale Infrastructure, Systems Integration, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology Projects. Strong knowledge across enterprise infrastructure technologies including Windows/Linux, virtualization, cloud platforms, storage, backup, networking, security, and automation . Hands-on experience with cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ), virtualization technologies, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, monitoring tools, and enterprise infrastructure solutions. Experience designing and implementing highly available, secure, and resilient infrastructure platforms within complex enterprise environments. Experience with critical infrastructure, cloud & infrastructure technologies (AWS, Azure, VMware, Nutanix), DevOps/IaC, and cybersecurity & identity management. Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
