IT Logistics Operations (1 Year Convertible Contract)

Logistics& Warehouse Operations Key Job Responsibilities 1. Warehouse Operations Management – Over see day-to-day warehouse activities including Shipping & Receiving of parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting regular audits, and dispositioning parts in accordance with the Inventory/Warehouse Management System. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards across all warehouse functions. 2. Logistics Coordination (Unload, Pick & Pack) – Process, prepare, and dispatch orders and parts for shipment across local, APJC, andnon-APJC sites. Coordinate with internal and external logistics partners toensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of goods. 3. Inventory Management – Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all commodities, both inbound and outbound. Monitor stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, conduct cycle counts, and support demand planning to ensure inventory integrity and availability. 4. Failure Analysis – Conduct Testing, Repair, Sanitization, and Disassembly across a variety of Data Center IT Server and Networking Equipment & Components. Basic Qualifications 1. Experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environments. Familiarity with IT hardware and components is an advantage. 2. Good level of English language skills; able to read and take direction in English. 3. May participate in group lifts of 40 lbs or more. Willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. 4. Coordinate body movements when using tools and equipment. Able to perform physical tasks throughout the day without becoming overly fatigued. Preferred Qualifications 1. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving, inventory management, and warehousing best practices. 2. Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems and warehouse management tools. 3. Reach Truck License or equivalent Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification. 4. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel). 5. Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems. 6. Commitment to a culture of Safety & Security.
