Your new company Client is a leading consultancy for pharmaceutical projects in Singapore, seeking to hire a yearly contract renewable Construction Health & Safety Coordinator. Duration : Yearly contract renewable Salary : negotiable depending on relevant experience Your new role We are seeking a Construction Health & Safety Coordinator with experience in pharmaceutical or cleanroom projects to provide HSE expertise and guidance across construction and engineering activities. Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, legislation, and industry best practices. Monitor contractor safety performance, competency, and resource adequacy. Review contractor safety plans, procedures, and SHE programmes for compliance. Conduct site inspections, audits, and workforce engagements, ensuring corrective actions are closed out. Drive safety culture improvements and continuous improvement initiatives on site. Manage safety interfaces between project teams, contractors, and temporary facilities. Support fitness-for-work and substance testing programmes where applicable. Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, ensuring timely reporting and root cause analysis. Provide safety support for regulatory reporting and follow-up actions. Maintain SHE metrics, dashboards, and monthly performance reports. Share lessons learned, safety alerts, and preventive actions across project teams. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and safety specialists. Support the development of construction safety leadership and safe work practices. What you'll need to succeed Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) or equivalent qualification. Ability to oversee safety performance across multiple contractors, work packages, and project sites. Experience supporting construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
