About the Company Our client is a premium dining establishment known for delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality cuisine, attentive service, and a strong commitment to hospitality. They are seeking a service-oriented individual to join their front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure Escort guests to their tables and provide attentive, professional table service Serve food and beverages while anticipating and responding to guests' needs Develop a strong understanding of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently answer guest enquiries and make recommendations Assist with the planning and coordination of private events and special occasions Support the setup and breakdown of the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination and timely service Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and other ad hoc duties as required Requirements Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant service, fine dining, luxury retail, or customer-facing roles will be advantageous Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required Team player with a proactive and hands-on approach What you need to do now If this opportunity aligns with your experience and career aspirations, we’d welcome a confidential discussion.
