Systems Analyst #Sn

Responsibilities • Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met. • Hands-on Techno-Functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, technical strategical and tactical solutions, process changes and functional requirements. • Work with different technology teams across infrastructure, supports, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business. • Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements. • Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders. • Understanding of Clients Technical Architect and system Requirements Education: • Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field. • At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution or Banking Technology Essential: • Experience working in the financial industry with relevant experience in system analysis or in core banking business within GenAI space • Previous experience on Agentic AI solution, GenAI and well equip to understand Agent Pattern, type and Model Context Protocol • Candidate must have fundamental understanding of Understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning • Experience in evaluating and integrating LLMs such as LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, etc., into business processes • Other good to have skill sets OpenShift, RAG, Agentic AI and necessary workflows required to build Gen AI capability • Design and implement scalable Gen AI architectures and solution using necessary tools • Strong team player with excellent communication & inter-personal skills. • Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers. • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Large Language Model, RAG, LangChain, Langraph, MCP • Python What you need to do now If you’re interested in this role, click ‘apply now’ to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call Shabnam at Hays on +65 60271964 or email Shabnam.Bahar@hays.com.sg for a confidential discussion.
