Your new company An internet organisation is looking for a 1 year support Your new role Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels, Conduct screening calls for high quality talent as a first stage of evaluation and assessment Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners, Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency, What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have: At least 1 years of experience either in a search firm, agency or in-house. Experience in recruiting for roles such as: Cloud, AI or in any other technology-related field.
