Billing Executive

Billing Executive (Transport & Trading) Job Responsibilities * Prepare and issue transport and trading invoice accurately and on time * Verity delivery orders (DO), job sheets and supporting documents * Process customer billing and maintain billing records * Follow up on billing discrepancies and customer enquiries * Coordinate with the operations, drivers and accounts departments * Assist with accounts receivable (AR) , payment follow -up and bank reconciliation. *Prepare billing reports and support month-end closing Job Requirements * Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) * Relevant experience in transport & trading industry is an advantage. * Proficient in Microsoft excel and word * Knowledge of MYOB Accounting Software is an advantage. * Good communication and organizational skills * Responsible , organised and able to work independently Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for an interview Location : 33 Penjuru Lane , Singapore 609200
