Temporary GP Clinic Assistant (10-Week Commitment) Commitment Period : 24 August to 31 October Location : Near Sembawang MRT Hourly Rate : $12 - $15/hr depending on experience and capabilities Shift Schedule: Weekdays (Monday to Friday) : 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturdays : 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Core Responsibilities: Register patients, manage GP clinic queues, and answer phone calls. Dispense medications accurately according to the doctor's orders. Have experience billing with CHAS, Medisave, HSG chronics and MBS. Handle billing and collect payments via cash, NETS, and credit cards. Assist Dr with procedures Perform ECG Arrange appointments for patients keep the clinic clean at all times Requirements: Prior experience working in a Singapore GP clinic is mandatory. Familiarity with SGiMED Clinic Management Systems (CMS) and CHAS processing. Must be able to commit fully to the specified dates and shift hours.
