Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant (Permanent Part-Time)

We’re a friendly medical clinic in Yishun (shuttle bus available from Yishun Interchange) looking for caring and responsible team members to join us! Job Responsibilities: You will play an important role in supporting our clinic’s daily operations, including: Register patients & handle phone/walk-in enquiries Dispense medication & process payments Assist doctor during simple procedures (e.g. chaperoning, setting up equipment, performing vision tests and urine tests, preparing lab tubes/forms and taking vital signs) Submit CHAS/PG/HSG/Medisave claims Maintain cleanliness & order in clinic Pack/top up medications and supplies Requirements: Must be able to work at least 2 weekday mornings and 1 weekend morning Able to work occasional additional shifts when required, including weekday nights and weekend mornings, with flexibility to cover colleagues' shifts when available Applicants with, or currently pursuing, GCE 'A' Levels, IB, Diploma or equivalent qualifications No experience required — training provided Good computer skills and customer service skills A team player with humility, responsibility and a strong work ethic If you have a passion for caring for others and enjoy a friendly work environment, we’d love to have you on our team!
