Infrastructure Engineer Role

Shift Timings : 7AM-4PM / 2AM-10PM / 11PM -7AM Provide support in middleware components and operating system , ensuring effective installation, configuration, and maintenance. Perform OS and Middleware patching and CR management. Offer 24/7 support for UAT systems and production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and swift resolution of issues. Address Penetration Testing (PenTest) findings and implement vulnerability fixes in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to security protocols and patching requirements. Manage and deploy critical patches for middleware and infrastructure systems, ensuring thorough planning and coordination for deployment. Provide support for systems nearing EOS/EOL, including upgrades and necessary remediation. Provide technical assistance to both development and operational teams. Assist in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and ongoing system optimization. Provide support to middleware /OS upgrade projects Support audit and compliance activities, ensuring systems and processes meet internal and external requirements. Support a 24/7 operational environment under flexible work arrangements, responding to support inquiries, alerts, and system notifications promptly.
