Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join our Corporate IT team. This role is ideal for an infrastructure professional with deep expertise in Networks, Servers, Storage, CMDB, Infrastructure Security, and AWS Cloud Operations. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Operations Management Manage and support enterprise infrastructure environments covering network, server, storage, monitoring, and related operational platforms. Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and operational stability of infrastructure services across the APAC region. CMDB & Asset Management Maintain CMDB governance and ensure the accuracy of infrastructure asset and configuration data. Tanium Platform Administration Administer and support the Tanium platform for endpoint visibility, asset management, vulnerability management, and compliance monitoring. Infrastructure Security & Governance Support infrastructure security operations, vulnerability remediation, patch governance, and risk management activities. [ Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and support internal and external audit requirements. Cloud Infrastructure Support AWS cloud operations and contribute to cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives. Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to support hybrid cloud environments and operational best practices. Vendor & Service Management Coordinate with vendors, managed service providers, and offshore support teams to ensure effective infrastructure service delivery. Monitor service performance, participate in operational reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure operations and support. Strong hands-on experience in network infrastructure, Windows/Linux server administration, enterprise storage, and infrastructure security . Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing AWS cloud environments in production. Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Familiarity with CMDB, configuration management, and IT service management processes.
