Key Skills -Salesforce Service Cloud & Omni Studio Requirements Hands-on experience across full project development life cycles (SDLC). Strong ability to evaluate and recommend suitable technologies aligned with the Customer’s technology directions (e.g. cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, legacy system modernization, SG Tech Stack). Experience in designing and implementing .NET and/or J2EE applications, with excellent data modelling and SQL skills. Solid understanding of server-side .NET and/or Java development, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), web services, and public-facing web applications / e-services. KeySkills · Proven experience as aSolution/System Architect, with a strong background in system design,performance tuning, prototyping, and system maintenance. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / PSS. Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio, Apex, and Salesforce Platform API development. Proven experience in designing and implementing Service Cloud solutions, with a solid understanding of Service Cloud integrations, case management, and related workflows. Experience with third-party system integration using APIs, web services, or middleware platforms (advantage). Proven ability to translate and decompose complex business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications and solution designs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative, “out-of-the-box” solutions. Salesforce Developer RESPONSIBILITIES · Design,build, and deploy scalable applications using Salesforce platformtechnologies, including OmniStudio, Apex, and Lightning Web Components. · Leverage low-code/no-codecapabilities within Salesforce (e.g., Flow, Process Builder, AppBuilder) to automate and streamline business processes. · Collaboratewith business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translatecomplex business requirements into clear technical specifications. · Workacross Salesforce Service Cloud / PSS to enhance customerservice operations, including case management, digital channels, and knowledgebase setup. · Designand implement API integrations with third-party systems and internaltools; manage authentication, data mapping, and performance optimization. · Participatein agile development processes, including sprint planning, backloggrooming, and daily stand-ups. · Conductthorough unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT to ensurehigh-quality, reliable delivery. · Maintainclear technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, designspecifications, and support materials. · Apply creativeproblem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking to identify technicalsolutions that meet business goals while maintaining scalability andperformance. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED · Bachelor’sor Diploma in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. · 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce,specifically in Service Cloud / PSS implementations. · Strongexpertise in: o Salesforce OmniStudio(FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts) o Apex, SOQL, Lightning WebComponents (LWC) o Salesforce PlatformAPI development and integration · Familiaritywith Salesforce DX, Git, and modern DevOps practices. · Experiencewith third-party system integration (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middlewareplatforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) is a plus. · Provenability to break down complex business needs into manageable technicalcomponents. · Excellentproblem-solving skills with a proactive, innovative, and analyticalmindset. · Stronginterpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively incross-functional teams. DESIRABLE SKILLS · Salesforce certificationssuch as: o Platform Developer I / II o OmniStudio Developer o Service Cloud Consultant · Experienceworking in agile teams using Scrum/Kanban methodologies. · Exposureto CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins. · Familiaritywith low-code/no-code platforms like Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix,OutSystems is a plus. · Exposureto mobile-responsive Salesforce apps and Salesforce mobilepublisher features is an advantage.
