Job Title: Procurement Manager – F&B (Mixed rice food stall) Location: Singapore Job Description : We are seeking a Procurement Manager to support our F&B operations. The role involves sourcing quality ingredients and supplies, managing costs, and ensuring timely delivery to maintain smooth kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities : Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers for fresh ingredients and kitchen supplies. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to optimize costs while maintaining quality. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking to avoid shortages or wastage. Ensure all supplies meet food safety and hygiene standards. Track market trends and price changes for key ingredients to support menu planning and budgeting. Requirements: Experience in F&B procurement, wholesale markets, or related field. Strong negotiation and organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management.
