Site Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements Report to Project Manager, Director. Plan and control the execution of the project. Confirms the manpower, machinery and materials requirement on site. Check thoroughly drawings, specification and instructions received and also highlight their discrepancies and work changes to the Manager/Site Manager. He also monitors and updates drawings. Supervise site works. Co-ordinate matters pertaining to site progress, manpower, plant and machinery deployment, mobilisation schedule, storage and access areas. Confirm the site progress reports for the purpose of progress claims, monitoring project activities and proposed corrective actions. Verify works done by workers. Receive and confirm client’s instructions of variation works. Raise purchase requisition and check materials delivered to site. Analyse the cause and effect of actual and expected deviations from the current project program. Provide feedback of project performance to the Manager. Manage the quality of work at site. Control and minimise wastage within the set targets. Ensure housekeeping. To transport workers. To ensure the safety at site.
