Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage UPS, UTS and all on-site construction activities related to civil engineering works, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Supervise a team of site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication of tasks, expectations, and daily targets. Coordinate and liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities (PUB, LTA, NEA, etc.) for inspections, approvals, and compliance with statutory requirements. Develop and manage detailed site work plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project milestones and deadlines without compromising quality. Monitor and inspect construction progress, identifying and resolving technical or operational issues promptly to avoid delays or non-compliance. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil or infrastructure projects, specifically in sewer and manhole construction in Singapore. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
