Business Support Executive

Key Responsibilities Support the commercial team in coordinating customer orders and project execution. Liaise with internal departments including R&D, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Quality Assurance. Prepare quotations, sales orders, contracts and related documentation. Follow up with customers on enquiries, project progress and deliveries. Coordinate shipment arrangements and after-sales support. Maintain customer records and project documentation. Perform general administrative and business support duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Diploma or above. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn. Good execution skills and attention to detail. Responsible, organised and able to manage multiple tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to support communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
