Develops and executes the APAC Oilfield Chemicals commercial strategy, driving the Marketing Mix (Product, Pricing, Promotion and Channel-to-Market) in alignment with regional business objectives and corporate guidelines. · Manages the commercial offer and tendering process across the APAC region, coordinating local and headquarters functions to maximize competitiveness and profitability. · Oversees the commercial execution of customer contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer satisfaction and sustainable value creation. · Monitors and analyzes market trends and customer requirements across the APAC region, providing strategic insights to support business growth. · Identifies, evaluates and develops new business opportunities, defining and implementing growth strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue. · Develops and strengthens relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders, enhancing market positioning, customer proximity and long-term business sustainability. · Leads commercial engagement activities and supports customer-facing technical and field initiatives in collaboration with technical, operations and product management teams. · Works closely with Product Management and Supply Chain functions to support portfolio development, supplier qualification and sourcing strategies aligned with market needs and business objectives. · Coordinates with corporate and regional functions in the negotiation and establishment of commercial agreements, supply contracts and service arrangements required to support customer projects. · Contributes to business planning, budgeting and financial performance management, supporting revenue growth, margin optimization and cost control initiatives across the APAC region. · Promotes cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives and consistent delivery of commercial objectives. Knowledge, qualifications and experience: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. · Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, business development, sales, or account management within the oilfield chemicals, oil & gas, or energy industry. · Proven experience in business development, tender management, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations. · Strong understanding of the oilfield chemicals market and upstream oil & gas industry. · Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. · Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional, cross-functional environment. · Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required. · Appropriate knowledge of Office package at a user level: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
