Bartender: High Note Hospitality Group We're hiring a bartender who makes good drinks and makes guests feel looked after. If you take pride in consistency and enjoy a warm room, read on. The basics Locations: Chip Bee Gardens (Holland Village MRT) or Botanic Gardens (Botanic Gardens MRT) Hours: 44 hours / 5 days a week / rostered off days Staff meals and late night transport provided What you'll do Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks to house standards Give warm, attentive service and honest drink recommendations Keep the bar clean, organised, and hygienic Manage stock, cut wastage, follow safety procedures Work closely with floor and kitchen for smooth service Support service, host and food service as required to ensure smooth operations What we're looking for Some bartending experience preferred (not essential, we train) Solid basics and consistent execution Calm, reliable, team-first Happy to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays The craft side Our bar features spirits from Distillius, a Singapore distillery working with equatorial botanicals. You'll learn the range through tastings and internal training, then share the stories with guests when it fits, never a hard sell. An interest in craft spirits is a real plus.
