Responsible for preparing and delivering consistently high-quality dishes while ensuring all food meets established recipes, presentation standards, and service expectations. The role plays an important part in maintaining smooth kitchen operations, supporting junior team members, and upholding excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety throughout every service. What you'll own Manage daily back-of-house kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and cook menu items consistently to meet high food quality standards. Stock and organize station supplies before and during peak hours to maintain efficiency. Supervise food preparation and presentation in assigned section to uphold restaurant standards. Assist with general kitchen duties to support team needs and maintain productivity. Enforce strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices to ensure a safe kitchen environment. Maintain kitchen supplies, equipment, and work areas in good condition for operational readiness. Follow company policies, processes, and procedures accurately in daily tasks. Collaborate flexibly with other back-of-house sections to support overall kitchen performance. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors to meet operational demands.
