Administrative Executive, Business Development (Hilton Singapore Orchard)

The Administrative Executive provides secretarial and administrative support for the Groups, Meetings & Events Sales team, including handling proposals and Letters of Agreement. They are also responsible for coordinating hotel inspections, managing department supplies, and liaising between sales and operations departments. Candidates must be university graduates with at least one year of experience in a similar role within international chain hotels. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform market trend analysis are required.
