Key Responsibilities Perform professional post-production retouching for all photography categories, including ID photos, professional portraits, friendship and couple portraits, and light wedding photography, while strictly adhering to HIMO's global retouching style, color standards, and quality guidelines. Enhance skin tone, facial features, body proportions, lighting, and background quality to produce polished, natural-looking images without compromising authenticity. Make detailed revisions and customized adjustments based on studio standards and individual customer requests, balancing image quality with efficient turnaround times. Organize and maintain retouching presets, templates, and digital assets; ensure post-production workstations operate efficiently while strictly complying with the company's image confidentiality and data security policies. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands-on portrait retouching experience, with proficiency in professional photo editing software and the ability to independently complete end-to-end image retouching. Candidates with at least 6 months of practical portrait retouching experience may also be considered if they demonstrate exceptional artistic judgment, strong sensitivity to lighting and color, and excellent aesthetic standards. Graduates who have completed a minimum 3-month structured portrait retouching program at a recognized post-production or digital imaging training institution are also welcome to apply. Candidates are required to provide a portfolio of their previous work. Qualifications & Skills Candidates must be fluent in both Mandarin and English. Proficient in the complete portrait retouching workflow, including skin retouching, liquify, color grading, and lighting enhancement. Strong understanding of portrait aesthetics with the ability to consistently execute HIMO's signature retouching style. Detail-oriented, meticulous, patient, and highly responsible, with exceptional quality control and consistency.
