About this role

Key Responsibilities Welcome customers upon arrival, process online and walk-in bookings, verify appointments, manage scheduling, and coordinate photography and styling appointments to optimize the studio's daily operations. Introduce HIMO's full range of photography packages and value-added services, provide professional consultations, and recommend the most suitable packages based on customers' needs. Coordinate workflow among photographers, makeup artists, and photo retouchers, ensuring seamless communication of customer requirements throughout the entire service journey from consultation and photoshoot to photo selection and final delivery. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and product displays, replenish daily supplies, and assist with general administrative duties within the studio. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the photography, portrait studio, beauty, retail, or hospitality industries. Previous experience in a photography studio, portrait studio front desk, or customer service role is highly preferred. Qualifications & Skills Professional, friendly, and approachable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong empathy and customer service mindset, with the ability to build rapport and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible, with proficiency in basic computer applications and online booking systems. Able to independently handle customer inquiries and coordinate basic after-sales service requests. Able to work rotating shifts and maintain reliable attendance according to the studio.
