Job Summary A leader in energy-efficient FM and technical services, particularly for high-tech and industrial facilities is hiring a Facilities Manager to lead and manage facilities operations at assigned sites, ensuring quality service delivery, safety compliance, and effective team performance to meet client and organizational objectives. Responsibilities Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technical officers, supervisors, technicians, and contractors to operate and maintain assigned facilities efficiently Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build trust and confidence in service delivery Establish, monitor, and uphold quality service standards across all facility management activities Coordinate with external agencies to implement new initiatives and oversee major repairs and maintenance projects Prepare detailed tender documents and technical specifications to support procurement processes Plan, coordinate, and execute rectification works to resolve facility issues promptly and effectively Manage project costing and control to ensure budget adherence and financial accountability Assess staff training needs and plan skill development programs to enhance team capabilities Ensure staff demonstrate proficiency in handling repair and maintenance tasks independently Prepare and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to clients Propose, evaluate, and implement feasible facility improvement works to optimize operations Prepare and manage annual budget submissions aligned with organizational goals Compile audit reports to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards Evaluate contractor performance through assessment reports and certify contractor payme…
