Core Responsibilities In this 360° role, you own the entire recruitment lifecycle from "pitch to placement." 1. Business Development (The Sales) Identify and prospect new business opportunities and industry verticals. Pitch recruitment services to hiring managers and HR stakeholders. Negotiate Terms of Business (TOB) and secure new job orders. 2. Account Management (The Relationship) Act as the primary point of contact for your clients. Consult with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit. Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients. 3. Talent Sourcing & Delivery (The Match) Headhunt passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure quality over quantity. Manage the interview process, feedback loops, and offer negotiations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) While we don't track your desk hours, we do measure success through: Business Growth: Number of new qualified job orders secured per month. Placement Rate: Ratio of CVs sent to interviews, and interviews to placements. Revenue: Monthly/Quarterly billings against agreed targets.
