Assistant Project Manager (Permanent Structural Steel)

To assist Project Manager in supervising andcoordinating the site construction team for permanent steel structures. Ensure strict implementation of safe workprocedures and maintain a high standard of site safety. Conduct regular site safetymeetings and enforce safety measures on construction site. Implement and review construction methodology specific to steelstructure fabrication and erection, including feasibility studies of construction sequences. Closely monitor project operations to ensuretimely completion within schedule and compliance with regulatory requirements. Update Management and the team daily onproject progress, highlighting key milestones and challenges. Organise and manage project resources (e.g. manpower,machinery, equipment, materials) for projects. Perform other related duties as assigned, inline with project progress. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in CivilEngineering or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of relevant local experiencein permanent steel structure construction/ structural steel works. Strong interpersonal communication skills andteam player. Proven track record in completing projectsinvolving steel structures. Willingness to work on construction sites andtravel across Singapore as required.
