Applying Hitachi Rail software development rules, implementing coding, testing, and documenting the solution to ensure robust applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and deliver state-of-the-art solutions. Grow Team, Leadership & Collaboration Mentor junior developers to share the knowledge bases. Act as a technical reference for internal stakeholders and external partners. Support project and product management, Building the training material, provide training and coaching the junior engineers. Share experience and encourage an open communication, good team spirit and strike for success.
