HR Executive (Recruitment/Manufacturing, East Region)

Responsibilities: Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Implement hiring strategies via job portals, agencies, and events. Set recruitment targets and timelines to meet business needs. Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to hiring managers. Liaise with staffing agencies and coordinate interview processes. Prepare recruitment reports and ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct exit interviews and provide retention feedback. Requirements: At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing. Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related discipline. Experienced in handling high-volume hiring. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Outlook, and database systems; SAP is an added advantage.
