Job Summary A Retail Executive ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Assist customers by providing accurate product information and personalized recommendations to support informed purchasing decisions Promote and sell products to meet individual and store sales targets consistently Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system to ensure smooth checkout experiences Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked to enhance customer engagement Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and stock counts to maintain product availability Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with company standards to provide a welcoming environment Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities to drive sales and customer interest Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations and effective teamwork Host live-streaming sessions on social media platforms to engage customers and promote products Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills to engage and assist customers effectively Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets and contribute to store performance Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to handle customer interactions and resolve issues Basic computer and POS system knowledge to operate sales and inventory systems efficiently Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet store scheduling needs High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is an advantage but not required
