Site Admin Cum Pro (Construction)

Job Description Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback and complains pertaining to the project (HDB) Attend dialogue sessions with the Client, Resident Committees, Citizens’ Consultative Committees, Town Councils and any party as directed by the Board or the Client. Conduct regular visits to residents/tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule changes and impact. Perform administrative/clerical duties Record the minutes of meetings pertaining to the assigned project. Assist the Project Manager in administrating documents, purchase orders at site site office Liaise closely with head office for necessary documentation Develop and implement Pulic Relation Programme to meet the project goals Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as the management deem fit. Job Requirements GCE A’Level/Diploma holder Good interpersonal and communication skills Experience in HDB projects preferred Minimum 3 years relevant experience in related field Proficient in MS Office. Able to work six days a week
