Job Summary Assist the Project Manager in site operations by leading teams, managing tender documentation, and ensuring compliance with authority requirements to deliver successful construction projects. Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in coordinating and managing daily site activities to ensure project progress and quality Lead and supervise a team of staff to achieve project milestones and maintain site safety and efficiency Prepare and assist in the development of tender documentation to support project bidding processes Apply knowledge of authority submission procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance Manage work responsibilities independently with commitment and accountability to assigned tasks Maintain performance under pressure to meet project deadlines and resolve site challenges effectively Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project roles Experience working on upgrading projects is advantageous
