About the Role Supportthe daily operations of the company by coordinating schedules, handlingadministrative tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow. Work closely with staff andclients to support efficient operations. Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Prepare reports, documents, and operational records. Monitor work schedules and follow up on pending tasks. Handle administrative and coordination duties. Support management in operational planning and execution. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification. 1–2 years of working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and good time management. Preferred Skills Strong organizational and coordination skills. Problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Good customer service mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
