Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to oversee technical aspects of engineering projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company objectives and successful project completion. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from initiation through completion to meet company objectives Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical reports to guide project execution Conduct site inspections to assess risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success and resolve issues Identify and resolve technical issues promptly during the project lifecycle to maintain progress Prepare and present clear project progress reports to senior management to inform decision-making Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) 3-5 years of project engineering experience, preferably in construction design and M&E Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and project management methodologies Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and AutoCAD Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization
