Company Overview Hong Aik Engineering Pte Ltd, founded in 2013, provides construction and heavy machinery services including ERSS, earth moving, drainage, deep foundation, demolition, and civil engineering works across Singapore for clients like Dragages and Hyundai. Job Summary You will deliver precise pre- and post-survey measurements and reports to support engineering design and as-built drawings. Collaborate with project teams, clients, and authorities to ensure alignment with construction drawings and resolve discrepancies promptly. Responsibilities Produce accurate pre-measurements and survey reports to support engineering design requirements Verify field coordinates and pipeline alignments against construction drawings to ensure accuracy Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and construction drawings immediately to project and engineering teams Generate precise post-measurements and survey reports for as-built drawings Maintain and calibrate all relevant survey equipment and tools to ensure operational readiness Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on project management and technical matters Mark necessary coordinates or reference points for construction teams within required timelines Implement problem-solving strategies to drive innovation and continuous improvement, including corrective and preventive actions and audit follow-ups Participate actively in management and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) meetings Facilitate communication and coordination between engineering design/drafting and project teams Required competencies and certifications Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in surveying field operations Ability to provide accurate and reliable survey data Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working on Singapore Land Transport Authority (LTA) or Rail projects
