Assistant / Chief Engineer

The successful candidate will oversee the department’s daily operations and administration, ensuring optimal performance of building systems and services. Responsibilities: Manage the smooth operations and maintenance of the building, facilities, and all mechanical, electrical, and engineering services. Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, civil works. Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards, operational efficiency, and service quality. Manage and maintain accurate records of engineering inventory and supplies. Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry. Strong technical knowledge in preventive maintenance, building equipment, and M&E systems, including energy management. Proven leadership, analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
