Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve high performance and service excellence Manage stock levels of consumables and spare parts to ensure uninterrupted operations Train employees on cleaning procedures and the use of latest cleaning technology to enhance efficiency Certify that all cleaning equipment is safe and in good working condition before use Oversee escalations and implement performance management plans to address issues promptly Supervise cleaning team performance to ensure compliance with company and client standards Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment Collaborate proactively with clients to resolve site-related issues and maintain satisfaction Support continuous staff development to maintain a motivated and highly skilled workforce Perform cleaning duties proficiently to meet both company and client quality standards Supervise all employee work on assigned sites to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
