About this role
Our client is looking for a Program Manager to lead customer projects from qualification to production launch, covering tooling, molding, automation, cost, timeline, and overall execution. The role will coordinate internal teams, support customer communication, assist with quotations, drive tooling qualification, manage project risks, and ensure smooth manufacturing readiness. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional project execution across engineering, manufacturing, tooling, automation, planning, and purchasing. Manage project schedule, cost, qualification, launch readiness, and customer requirements. Work with BD and engineering teams on new project evaluation, quotations, and customer follow-up. Act as the key technical contact for customers on program-related matters. Support workflow, equipment, tooling, spare parts, and capacity planning for new programs. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and EHS requirements. Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 6 years’ relevant experience in program/project management within manufacturing, tooling, molding, or automation. Good understanding of production processes and project management. Strong English communication, interpersonal, coordination, and multitasking skills. Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
