About The Role: HReasily is looking for a hands-on Product Lead to own product strategy and execution for HReasily's payroll product line across all six ASEAN markets — translating multi-country statutory/compliance complexity into a scalable roadmap, while leading cross-functional teams and owning stakeholder relationships at leadership level. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership Own and evolve the payroll roadmap across SG/MY/ID/PH/TH/IN, balancing statutory mandates against commercial priorities Conduct market and competitor research to benchmark HReasily's payroll product against category leaders Translate regulatory change into product requirements ahead of statutory deadlines Domain & Compliance Expertise Act as internal product authority on payroll compliance logic across all six markets Distill complex, jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements into simple, reliable product experiences Customer & Market Discovery Engage directly with clients to understand operational pain points in running payroll across markets Use direct customer input — not just internal stakeholder requirements — to prioritize the roadmap Team Leadership Lead and mentor Product Owners as the function scales Set and hold delivery standards across squads; accountable for team performance against roadmap commitments Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management Primary product point of contact for CEO, CFO, Sales, and Customer Success leadership Represent product in commercial/strategic conversations Brief GTM teams ahead of launches to ensure smooth adoption Delivery & Agile Governance Own backlog prioritisation and sprint governance across squads Define and track product success metrics (adoption, compliance SLA hit-rate, filing accuracy, churn impact) What We're Looking For 4-6+ years product management, with 3+ years owning a payroll, HRIS, or compliance-heavy tech product end-to-end Demonstrated ownership of a product area from strategy through GTM launch — not just execution within an existing roadmap Experience managing product surfaces with regulatory/filing obligations (tax filings, statutory submissions, audit trails) where errors carry legal or financial exposure Working knowledge of multi-jurisdiction payroll/statutory frameworks or demonstrated ability to acquire jurisdiction-specific regulatory depth quickly Track record of partnering with engineering, design, legal/compliance, and operations simultaneously on the same roadmap item Direct customer/client discovery experience Experience briefing Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams ahead of feature launches Experience leading or mentoring other PMs/POs, or credible readiness to do so as the team scales Able to operate at both leadership/board-reporting altitude and sprint-level detail in the same week Self-starter, bias toward action — comfortable in a lean team without a large PM bench to lean on About HR Easily We empower businesses through innovative HR technology.
