Digital Product (Artificial Intelligence - AI) Job Description Seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Product Manager / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Digital Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, AI-driven Workflow Automation, and Banking Operations. The role involves driving digital transformation initiatives, defining business requirements, managing product roadmaps, and delivering customer-centric solutions across Consumer and Corporate Banking domains. Key Responsibilities * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Digital Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, and Customer Servicing platforms. * Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, architecture, and technology teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives. * Define product vision, roadmap, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows. * Lead AI-driven workflow automation and Straight Through Processing (STP) initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. * Drive digitalization of customer onboarding, servicing, payments, lending, and operational workflows. * Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support. * Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer journey mapping, and product performance reviews. * Work on Digital Payment solutions including Digital Wallets, Tokenization, Contactless Payments, Bill Payments, and Merchant Solutions. * Support implementation of ISO 20022, SWIFT MT103/MT202, and domestic payment processing solutions. * Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, regulatory, audit, and operational risk requirements. * Monitor project delivery, risks, dependencies, timelines, and business outcomes. Skills & Experience * 15+ years of Banking and Financial Services experience. * Strong experience in Digital Product Management and Business Analysis. * Hands-on experience in Consumer Banking and Corporate Banking. * Expertise in AI-based workflow automation, process digitalization, and operational transformation. * Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, workflow orchestration, and enterprise architecture. * Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional global teams. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
