Job Summary You will support supply chain mapping and traceability training programs by developing dashboards and engaging internal stakeholders to drive program completion and improve deployment efficiency. You will also collaborate with external service providers to resolve technical issues. Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards to support supply chain mapping and traceability training programs, ensuring data accuracy and usability Engage internal stakeholders to facilitate training program completion and enhance deployment efficiency Collaborate with external service providers to identify and resolve technical issues related to dashboard functionality and data integration Analyze data using Python and SQL to generate actionable insights that support program objectives Communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences to support training and troubleshooting efforts Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and/or dashboard development involving technical tasks Proficient in coding with Python and SQL to analyze data for dashboard development Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external service providers Other Information This is a 1-year contract position with a completion bonus Work schedule: 5 days per week Work location: Central location Interested candidates may forward your resume to vas@hrfactors.com.sg EA No: 00C5393/Registration No: R1109317
