About this role

Our client is seeking a Finance & Office Manager to lead office operations, manage full sets of accounts , and oversee HR and office operation functions . The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to create and implement systems that streamline office and service operations. NO QUOTA FOR WORK PASS Working Location: Ubi, Singapore 💰 Salary: Up to SGD 6,000 per month 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm Key Responsibilities Manage full sets of accounts and prepare management reports. Lead and supervise HR, admin, and service teams . Oversee payroll, recruitment, and employee relations. Design and implement office and service operation systems . Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience , including managerial responsibilities. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and HR practices. Proven ability to create systems and streamline operations . Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
