Commercial Manager

Sales Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and pipeline management to deal closure Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic clients Identify new business opportunities and market segments for expansion Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections for management review Marketing Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with commercial objectives Support product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to shape marketing initiatives Ensure marketing collateral and messaging support sales enablement Channel Development Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, resellers, and distributors Develop partner enablement programs (training, incentives, co-marketing) Monitor channel partner performance and drive joint business planning Resolve channel conflicts and ensure alignment with overall commercial strategy KPI Management Define, track, and report on key commercial KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion rate, partner performance, etc.) Conduct regular performance reviews against targets and adjust strategy as needed Present commercial performance updates to senior leadership Drive a data-driven culture within the commercial team
