Accounts & Finance Executive

Position: Accounts and Finance Executive About the Company We are a growing company seeking a meticulous and dependable Accounts & Finance Executive / Assistant to support daily finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a strong eye for detail, and is looking to build long-term experience within a supportive finance team environment under the guidance of an experienced Finance Manager. Role Overview You will support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial records, smooth processing of transactions, and timely coordination of finance-related matters. This role is suitable for candidates with a basic accounting foundation who are eager to learn and grow within a structured finance function. Key Responsibilities Support daily finance and accounting operations Perform accounting data entry and maintain accurate financial records Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions Process invoices, receipts, payments, and supporting documentation promptly and accurately Assist with bank reconciliations and basic financial documentation Maintain proper filing and organisation of finance records and documents Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding finance-related matters when required Support ad-hoc finance duties, reporting tasks, and operational projects assigned by the Finance Manager Requirements Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines Candidates with basic accounting knowledge or foundation are encouraged to apply Familiarity with Singapore accounting practices, tax regulations, or compliance processes will be advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems/software Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data Responsible, organised, and able to manage tasks independently Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support operational needs Team player with good communication and collaboration skills Fresh graduates with relevant accounting background or internship experience may be considered This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
