The team works closely with internal stakeholders and external distributors to ensure smooth order fulfilment, accurate documentation, and reliable customer support within a regulated business environment. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrative Officer to support end-to-end order processing, sales administration, customer coordination, and internal operational support. This role will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and external distributors to ensure accurate system data, timely order execution, and smooth coordination across stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling order management, CRM/ERP systems, documentation, reporting, and customer communication in a fast-paced environment. Location : Changi Business Park Salary : S$3,500 – S$4,000 per month Bonus : Performance bonus Responsibilities Order Management & System Administration Manage and update CRM and ERP systems to ensure accurate customer, sales, and order information. Process purchase orders, issue invoices, and verify customer and payment details. Support end-to-end order processing to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment. Review Letters of Credit and relevant order documents before submission to headquarters. Maintain accurate sales, customer, and accounts receivable records. Generate daily and monthly sales reports to support business tracking and decision-making. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, documentation, or fulfilment issues. Support third-party warehousing coordination and related administrative follow-up. Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
