Pre-Sales & Implementation Specialist

Job Description 1. Pre-sales Activities Partner with prospective clients to understand their challenges and recommend the right software solutions Deliver tailored product demos and presentations that showcase value and ROI Work alongside Sales to shape proposals, statement of work, and client-winning solutions Design smart workarounds to bridge any gap between client needs and standard functionality 2. Implementation Activities Act as the primary client contact throughout implementation, running requirements-gathering sessions to capture HR processes and data needs Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and documentation, proactively flagging and resolving risks Configure the system to client specifications, including workflows, user roles, and data migration Build and execute test plans to validate functionality, resolve defects, and lead client UAT Design and deliver end-user training, plus create supporting documentation Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues as they arise 3. Other Duties Stay current on product features and updates, and support ad hoc initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing Maintain accurate documentation across pre-sales and implementation activities Job Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
