Additional Allowances (For Work Days Only) 🌞 12-hour Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift 🌙 12-hour Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift 🍱 Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per workday ✅ Every Sunday OFF ✅ Stable 4-Day Work Week after training ⏰ Working Hours Training Period (First 3 Months) Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM After Training Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts: Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM Fixed 4-Day Work Week (Choose One Team) Team A: Monday – Thursday Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 🔧 Key Responsibilities Perform product inspections and quality checks in accordance with established quality standards. Conduct visual and functional inspections on components and finished products. Identify, record and report product defects or non-conformities. Assist with failure analysis, investigation and reporting. Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation. Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements. Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality. Perform other quality-related duties as assigned. ✅ Requirements Technical, vocational, NITEC or equivalent qualification preferred. At least 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing or a production environment. Able to perform duties in a manufacturing environment. Basic computer literacy. Able to use inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters. Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to maintain accurate records and documentation. Good attention to detail with effective organisational and multitasking skills. Comfortable working at heights where required and able to comply with workplace safety requirements.
