Job Responsibilities Perform assembly work according to work instructions. Carry out wire insertion into plastic tubing with precision. Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. Perform picking, packing, and other production-related duties. Maintain cleanliness and comply with workplace safety and quality procedures. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements No experience required. Candidates with manufacturing or production experience are welcome to apply. Able to perform repetitive manual assembly work with good hand dexterity. Good attention to detail to carry out quality inspection tasks. Comfortable working in a controlled manufacturing environment while wearing the required protective attire, including a smock and hairnet. Able to attend training on the morning shift before being assigned to a permanent shift. Able to commit to a contract of at least 3 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on business needs and performance. Working Hours Monday to Saturday Choose one permanent shift after training: Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ($11/hour) Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($11/hour) Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($12/hour) Training Schedule Training will be conducted on the Morning Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) for a minimum of 2 weeks.
