WSH Officer (Construction) | Main Contractor | Up To $6.5K

💰 $4,000 – $6,500/month What you'll do Champion compliance with statutory acts, company safety rules, and codes of practice across all site staff Keep the safety management system current — regularly reviewing and recommending updates aligned with local legislation Deliver targeted safety training based on Safe Work Procedures and Risk Assessments Plan and manage site safety audits, and lead monthly WSH Committee and Mass Toolbox Meetings Participate in Daily Toolbox Meetings and enforce site house rules with all stakeholders Review risk assessments (internal and external) and drive continuous risk management improvements Partner with the project team to proactively identify and eliminate safety, health, and environmental hazards Liaise with authorities (MOM, NEA) and ensure timely submission of all mandatory documents Advise the Project Director/Manager on all occupational safety and health matters Inspect site facilities and equipment to ensure proper working condition for environmental health Lead incident investigations, recommend corrective actions, and track implementation effectiveness Maintain and review site environmental, health, and safety records Ensure all Permit-to-Work (PTW) documents are valid and in order for site operations Perform other duties as assigned by the Departmental Manager What we're looking for Registered WSHO Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) At least 5 years of relevant experience in HDB and/or commercial construction projects Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field Strong knowledge of the WSH Act, relevant codes of practice, and Singapore's environmental regulations Clear communicator with solid report-writing and stakeholder management skills 📩Apply Now Send your resume (MSWord/PDF format) to: WhatsApp: 90845365 Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
