Join our team as a Locum Occupational Therapist (OT) or Locum Physiotherapist (PT) and provide quality rehabilitation services across various healthcare settings while enjoying flexible weekday assignments. Working Arrangement 📅 3 to 5 Days Per Week (Monday to Friday) ⏰ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM 📍 Multiple Healthcare Settings Across Singapore 💼 Locum / Flexible Assignment Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate functional, physical, and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on patients' goals and clinical conditions. Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and independence . Manage assigned caseloads efficiently while ensuring timely treatment and documentation. Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapy programmes, home exercises, and safety techniques. Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimise patient outcomes. Prepare discharge recommendations and coordinate continuity of care where appropriate. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards. Ensure compliance with infection control, workplace safety, and ethical guidelines. Requirements Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy. Valid AHPC Registration to practise in Singapore. Experience in hospital, rehabilitation, community care, outpatient, or home care settings is preferred. Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and adapt quickly to different healthcare environments. Comfortable managing diverse patient caseloads with minimal supervision.
