Job Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience. Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable eyewear products. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Process sales transactions accurately. Handle product enquiries and after-sales service professionally. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management. Support day-to-day retail operations. Requirements Passionate about customer service and retail sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Willing to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Retail or sales experience is an advantage, but candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn. Working Hours 5-day work week 44 hours per week Rotating shifts based on operational requirements Shifts 10:45 AM – 8:45 PM 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Inclusive of breaks) 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM Work Location Island-wide retail outlets Store deployment will be discussed during the hiring process Why Join Us?
