We're looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate material movement, and supervise a small operations team in a fast-paced and safety-focused environment. 💼 Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 (based on experience) $200 Location Allowance $25 Handphone Allowance $100 Tier 1 Skill Allowance (upon certification within 3–6 months) Attractive 15-Month Salary Package , including:Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)Variable Bonus (VB) $500 Performance/Operational Bonus Overtime pay where applicable 🛠 Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations. Lead and manage a small team to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Coordinate pallet movement, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities. Operate forklifts and ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently. Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper warehouse housekeeping. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
